In our raw material preparation department, we use 2 CNC saws and many automatic and semi-automatic saws. All metal raw material preparation processes are carried out in our company with press brakes, scissors cutting, punch press, hydraulic and eccentric presses.
7 welding robots are used in our welding workshop. In addition, we manufacture in 2 shifts with our 70 gas metal arc welding machines.
In our company, oven paint and electrostatic wet paint operations are carried out in separate departments.
In our final control section, dimensional controls are made with a 3D robotic measuring device.
