INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF THE PERSONAL DATA OF VISITORS
A) Protection of Personal Data and Data Controller Your personal data; 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Personal Data Protection Authority regulations and other legislation provisions, and in accordance with the relevant legislation, our Company provides the appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data, to prevent unlawful access and preservation. It takes all technical and administrative measures for it. ÖZSIRT DEMİR, PROFİL, SHEET, İNŞ., TEKS. SAN.ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Company”), as the Data Controller, can process your personal data within the scope of the following information and purposes within the scope of KVKK and related legislation.
B) Purposes of Processing Personal Data While your personal data is benefiting from the security of our Company and the internet access offered by our Company to visitors, your personal data transmitted by you, access records management, in order to fulfill our obligations arising from legislation, the personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. limited to the terms and purposes of data processing.
C) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred Your collected personal data; Limited to the realization of the above-mentioned purposes, our business partners, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private law persons, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
D) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data Your personal data are collected by our Company based on the legal reason stated in articles (b) and (c) above. Your personal data collected in this process are collected electronically in our Company through your access to the internet, over your identity document, over your license plate information, verbally or through closed circuit cameras in our buildings. Your aforementioned personal data can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (b) and (c) of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
E) Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data By applying to our Company in accordance with Article 11 of KVKK;
a. Learning whether your personal data is processed,
b. If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
c. Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately,
D. To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
to. To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f. Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant article of the Law
g. Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
h. Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
I. If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
Pursuant to the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to use your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Within this framework, the channels and procedures you will submit your application in writing to our company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVK Law are explained below.
